Why do we charge per report?
As a pest control operator, I know our industry is very seasonal. We keep pricing simple and scalable, so you only pay for what you use, when you use it. This way, your costs grow with your business — not before it. And your reports never expire.
Common Questions
What counts as a report?
Once a report has been downloaded, emailed, uploaded to a client portal, or otherwise distributed, it counts as one report. Drafts and in-progress inspections do not count against your total, and any additional documents (Contract, Work Order, NOC) are included at no additional cost.
What happens if I run out of reports?
We get it. Things happen. Re-upping is the last thing on your mind when you're out in the field. The 100 and 500 report plans will allow your organization to continue working for a short time after you run out of reports. Contact support and we'll get you sorted.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Anytime. No penalties. Just contact support and we'll get you sorted.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The only optional cost beyond your plan is Concierge Onboarding which starts at $400.
