SnapReports isn't a product I handed off a spec to a development team, it's a tool I built to power my daily work. If it breaks, I'm the first one to feel the pain. So we make sure it doesn't.
I built SnapReports because every “pest control app” I tried was designed by people who had never set foot in a crawlspace. I needed something that worked offline, generated compliant reports on-site, and didn't make my technicians want to throw their tablet out the window. Nothing fit my needs, so I built it.
